The survey, conducted with global consultancy Coleman Parkes Research in May and June, details the impact digital transformation is having on enterprises and demonstrates the strong connection between business performance and the technologies and practices that underpin digital transformation. The survey included 1,770 senior business and IT executives from large enterprises across 21 markets and 10 industry sectors. The survey introduces the digital transformation business impact scorecard (BIS), which assesses the success of enterprises' digital transformation initiatives. The survey attributes the strong BIS scores of developing countries such as Thailand to their ability to kick-start digital transformation efforts on a clean slate. When it came to benefits reaped from digital transformation, 78% and 76% of organisations in Thailand saw improvements in digital reach and in customer experience, respectively.
